Skillet Cookie for two 🍪

Ingredients:2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp light brown sugar
1 tbsp Sugar
1 Egg Yolk
1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
1/3th cup Flour
1/8th tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/4th cup Chocolate chips ( I used chocolate chunks)
Method:
Pre heat Oven at 350 F
Melt butter in a large bowl. Stir in both sugars, then egg yolk, extract, baking powder and salt. Carefully stir in the flour then mix in the chocolate chips. Bake for 14 mins or until looks done. Serve it with vanilla ice cream
