Ingredients
Mutton 1/2kg
Rice 3cups
Onion.2 med
G/g paste
Green chilis finely chopped
Tomatoes 3med
Yougurt 250 gms
Black paper 1tsp
Shaan pulao biryani masala 2tbsp (for taste only)

Method
Fry the sliced onion in oil. Add g/g paste in it.. then add crushed green chilli and bhoonofy.. then add Shaan masala black paper salt tomatoes yougurt and bhoonofy till oil separates.. add the mutton( already done while making yakhni ) n yakhni a/c to rice
Then add soaked rice n boil till rice are 3/4 th done. Take on dum.. add colour if u want.

For yakhni
Take a pot a/c to your meat add water in it. Add 1 full onion 1 bunch or garlic.. dhaniya n saunf n salt and boil till the meat tenders...
