Ingredients
Palak 1/2kg
Gobi Phool 2 small
Mutton 1/2 2kg
Onion 2medium
Tomatoes 3
Gg paste2tbs
Haldi (turmeric) 1/2tsp
Red chilli powder 1tsp
Salt
Dhania powder 1tsp
Green chillies
Ginger for garnishing
Oil
Method
Put mutton onions tomatoes all masala gg paste in a pot add water to cook it until it tender and dry add oil and bhonofy well. Now add chopped spinach and cauliflower.w hen it's done add greens chillies and julienne cut ginger and cilantro for garnishing.
For best results add tarka with little oil add Zeera garlic
and button chillies.
