Ingredients for Buffalo Wings
Chicken wings half kg
Tip# soak chicken in water and half cup vinegar for half an hour. When you fry chicken blood will not come out from it.
Buffalo Wings Marination
Salt
White pepper half t.sp
Chat masala half t.sp
Gram masala half t.sp
Zeera crushed one t.sp
Red chilies one t.sp
Gg paste one t.sp
Chilli sauce one Tb.sp
Dahi for desi touch one Tb.sp
Egg one
Corn flour half cup
Maida one cup
Coating
Maida half kg
Chat masala two Tb.sp
Tip # for good flex use big utensils and a large quantity of maida.
Use light hands for breading wings.
For double coating like KFC texture after first coat dip in normal water then again maida coating. No need for cold water.
Fry in medium hot oil, oil should be more or it will break your coating.
Ketchup coating
Mix chili garlic sauce and tomato ketchup. Mix in a pan. Put wings and stir on high flame for seconds.
