Loki two
Chana Daal one cup
Ginger Garlic paste one t.sp
Salt, chilies, turmeric
Tomatoes one
Green chilies few
Oil two Tb.sp
Onion one
Tarka
Khalis ghee one Tb.sp
Black pepper half t.sp
Lauki Chana Daal preparation method
Boil Daal with ginger garlic paste, salt, and turmeric.
Fry onion add Loki chunks and fry, add tomatoes and Daal.
Cook till done
Give tarka
