Omelette Ingredients
Egg 2
Onion 1
Green chilies 5
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Ginger Garlic Paste 1/4 Tsp
Milk 1 tablespoon
Oregano 1/4 Tsp
White pepper 1/4 tsp
Green coriander for garnishing
Omelette preparation method
Beat eggs with salt, white pepper, black pepper, milk, oregano
Saute onion and green chilies. When the onion is soft add Ginger Garlic paste and bhunefy. Then pour egg mixture and cover with lid for 3 mins
After three mins flip it and cook for the next 3 mins
Then garnish with green coriander
