Ingredients for Prawn Curry
1/2 kg prawns (cleaned)
4 tomatoes (medium sized)
GG paste
Fresh red chili paste 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Haldi 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves 1tbsp
3-4 green chilies (cut in slices)
Kasuri methi 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Roasted Zeera powder 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Oil or ghee 1/2 cup
Prawn Curry preparation method
Put oil in karahi. Put tomatoes and bhoonofy them. After few minutes, add Gg paste, fresh red chili paste, red chili powder, haldi, and salt. When it gets bhoonofied, add prawns and cook it on high flame and immediately add garam masala, zeera, black pepper and kasuri methi. No need to add water. When the water of the prawns dries up, add coriander and chilies. Serve hot with chapati or naan or homemade rotis.
