Anday Aloo Ingredients
Onion 1 medium size
Tomatoes 2
Salt according to ur.taste
Chicken cube 1
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Kashmiri mirch powder 1 tsp
Zeera 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Haldee 1/4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Potatoes 3 medium size
Egg boiled
Oil.
Anday Aloo preparation method
Heat the oil, add onion .. Fry until.transparent,
Now add zeera, ginger garlic paste. Saute it well add tomatoes.
Cook it well until oil separates
Add water n let them.tender.,.
After that add potatoes.
Cook them.until.tender.
P.s sorry i forget to write salt, chicken cube, red chili powder n haldi add them when u add tomatoes
Well.when potatoes become tender add boiled n fried eggs( i fry my eggs after boiling)
Garnish with coriander
Tip
Add a pinch of baking soda during frying onions.
So after that no need to blend onion n tomatoes.
Baking soda gala deta hai.use this hack in any gravy.
