Boneless chicken cube
1 1⁄2 tbsp cornflour
1 beaten egg
1 1⁄2 tbsp all-purpose flour
salt
1 tsp black pepper
oil
1 tsp ginger/garlic paste
Method
Mix corn flour, flour, salt and pepper with the beaten egg to make the batter.
Dip the chicken pieces in the batter, deep fry till golden brown. Keep aside.
Ingredients of Manchurian gravy
1 tbsp oil
½ tsp ginger finely chopped
½ tsp garlic finely chopped
1 spring onion chopped
¼ capsicum cubed
2-3 tbsp chili sauce
2-3 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Chili flakes
1 cup water
1/2 tsp White pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
salt to taste
1 Chicken cube
1/2 cup Tomato purée
Manchurian Gravy preparation method
In a large pan, heat a tbsp of oil.
Add finely chopped ginger and garlic. saute for a while.
Then add fried chicken and continue to saute for a minute.
Now add red chili sauce, soy sauce, chili flakes, white pepper, chicken cube, black pepper, tomato purée n salt n mix well.
Now you can add water first, get to a boil and then add cornflour.
Get to a boil and check for consistency.
Lastly, add capsicum & onions. Mix well .
Garnish with chopped spring onions .
Fried Rice Ingredients
First, boil rice & keep it aside.
In a large kadai heat 2 tbsp oil and stir-fry 2 clove garlic.
Now add 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar ,2 tbsp chili sauce,1 tsp chili flakes, 1 tbsp black pepper, 1 tsp white pepper, 1 chicken cube n fry until the sauce is combined well.
Then add veggies (of your choice)
Keeping the flame on high, add cooked rice & mix well.
