Crispy Fish Ingredients
Take boneless fish pieces
marinate with ginger garlic paste (1tbsp)
salt (pinch)
vinegar (2 tbs)
red chili powder (2 tbs)
black pepper (1 tbs)
green chili paste (2 tbs)
roasted cumin powder (1 tbs)
(Marinate for 2/hrs)

Then take each piece, toss in maida, then dip in egg, n then coat with breadcrumbs.
Then freeze for 2-3 hrs to make it crispy.
Sauce
Few Mint leaves, 1, garlic, lemon drops, yogurt, (2-tbs) salt pinch, green chilies (1-2).
Grind in the blender.
