Instant Rabri

Ingredients for Instant Rabri 
Milk 1cup
Corn flour 1tbsp
Milk powder 4tbsp
Cashew nut powder 4tbsp
Cream: 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder: 1tsp
Saffron: few strands
Chopped nuts ( almonds and pistachios)
Sugar: 5tbsp

Instant Rabri preparation method
In a pan mix together milk powder, corn flour, sugar, cashew nut powder, and cardamom powder. Add little amount of milk and mix well. ( No lumps). Add remaining milk. Put it on the flame. Add cream and cook on medium flame till it starts thickening. Add saffron. Now turn flame low and cook till it becomes nicely thick. ( Stir in between). Remove heat and add chopped nuts. Let it cool at room temperature. Put it in the fridge for min 2 hours. Serve!
