Karahi Murgh Cholay Ingredients
1 kg chicken
1 1/2 cup boiled chickpeas(chanay)
1 onion chopped
1/2 cup mustard oil
1/4 cup plain yoghurt, whisked until smooth
2/3 tomatoes, crushed
2 tbsp tomato paste/puree
1 tbsp gg paste
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1-2 green chillies, slit
salt to taste
Any Karahi masala 2tbsp
2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
Lemon juice

Karahi Murgh Cholay preparation method
Heat mustard oil add cumin seeds when start poping add in chopped onion nd fry untill light golden brown now add gg paste bhunofy for few seconds then add chicken nd cook untill it changes the colour.now add in tomatoes n all the spices mentioned above xcept garam masala,along with karahi masala add water if required.cook untill chicken done then add boiled chick peas,garam Masala,green chillies and lemon juice.simmer for 10 minutes.add water if u want gravy or bhunofy if u want bhuna hua.
Garnish with egg nd hara dhania.
Serve with Paratha,Nan or steamed rice
