Khao Suey Ingredients
Meat/chicken boneless 500gms
Onion medium 2 cut in cubes
Tomatoes 6-7
Red chili powder 1tsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder 1tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Khao Suey preparation method
In a pan add oil .fry onion..until it turns pink. now add ginger garlic paste ..add beef or chicken n fry until the color change. now add salt, red chili powder, garam masala powder, tomatoes..Bhunofy well ..add water and cook until done.
Boiled Spaghetti 1 packet
Karri Ingredients
Baisan 5-6 tbsp
Yogurt 500g
Water 2cups
Salt 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Green chilies 3-4
Coconut milk 1 cup
Onion 1 small
Method
Blend all the ingredient and keep on stove let it cook until curry is done.
Add bhagar of garlic or curry leaves.
