Malai Boti Ingredients
Boneless chicken..1kg
Cream..4tbs
Yougurt..half cup
Roasted cumin nd coriander..1tbs
Green chilli paste..1tbs
Garam masala..1tbs
Crushed red chilli..1tbs
Crushed black pepper..half tbs
Salt..as per taste
Ginger garlic paste..1 tbs
Lemon juice..4 tbs
Red chilli powder..1 tbs
For brushing..oil half cup

Malai Boti preparation method
Marinate chicken with all ingredients..keep in fridge for good 4 to 5 hours..
Set and preheat your oven..
Bake in oven for 40 mins..
Remeber to brush the oil on chicken

Bihaari boti
Chicken..1 kg
Green chilli paste..2 tbs
Gg paste..2 tbs
Imli pulp..3 tbs
Salt
Red chilli powder..1tbs
Red chilli flakes..1tbs
Roasted cumin nd coriander..1 tbs
Garam Masala.1tbs
Yogurt..half cup..
Oil 1 cup
(The whole garam masala)
Saunf - 1tbsp
Jaifal - 1 tbsp
Javitri - 1tbsp
Badian Phool - 1
Sabot Kali Mirch - 1tsp
Ellaichi - 3
Marinate chicken with all ingredients..bake same as malai boti.
