Chicken Corn Soup Recipe
 

Chicken corn soup is usually made from cream of sweet corn. It is initially very popular especially in corn cultivating countries, but nowadays the recipes have traveled all around the world. Commonly the recipe includes cream of the corn, water, cornflour, butter, salt pepper, and few Chinese sauces for seasoning. But the recipe may be twisted as per the regional flavors



Ingredients for Chicken Corn Soup Recipe

Breast - 250 g
water - 4 cups
salt to taste
ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
pepper powder to taste
cubed carrot 1/3 cup
chili sauce - 2 tsp
soya sauce - 2 tsp
tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp
egg - 1
corn flour -2 to 3 tbsp
water - 1/3 cup
chopped spring onion 
Ajinomoto / tasting salt- optional
lemon juice


Method for Chicken Corn Soup Recipe
  • Boil 250gm pg chicken breast in 4 cups of water, add cubed carrots, ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, salt, and oil
  • If you are chicken bone then omit the oil
  • bring it to boil on high heat then reduce the flame to a low simmer.
  • cover and cook for 15 minutes.
  • take out the chicken breast and shred it.
  • now put back the shredded chicken and bring the broth to boil then add soya sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup
  • mix, and cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.
  • now add corn flour diluted in water
  • pour slowly and stir continuously
  • cook for 2 minutes on medium flame
  • now add beaten eggs slowly and keep stirring
  • add chopped spring onion and lemon juice
  • cook for 2 minutes and off the flame
  • Chicken Corn Soup is ready
  • serve hot
