Burmese Rice

Noodles: boil spaghetti like you normally do for khaousay or chowmen
Rice: heat oil in a wok, Add all whole spices, green chillies, red chilli powder, chilli flakes and turmeric powder, put water and salt according to your rice and let the water simmer. Once it starts boiling add your rice and let it cook. Once water is all dried up. Cover the pot and give dum
Gravy: Heat oil, Add chopped onions and cook till it turns golden brown, Add chicken with ginger garlic paste and let it cook for few minutes, Add tomatoes. After tomatoes get soft add red chilli powder, coriander powder, zeeera powder, salt and haldi and little garam masala powder, bhoonofy the gravy till oil comes on top and onions and tomatoes gets dissolve completely. Keep the gravy aside
Potatoes: Boil potatoes and cut in cubes, mix them with little oil, chilli flakes, red chilli powder and salt.
Everything I put is according to my taste and spice level. And with estimation
Layering: put rice, them gravy then prepared potatoes, them noodles and microwave it for 3 minutes
Then put coriander, mint, fried onions, chaat masala, imli chutney, green chilli chutney, spring onion (optional), boiled eggs, lemon, slims or plain chips.
