Garam masala powder ( with jaifal & javitri )1 Tsp
Ajwain 1/2 tsp
Star Anise 2
Oil 3/4 cup
For bhagar:
Margarine or Butter 4 tbs
Chat masala 2 tsp
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
when putting rice on Dum
Method
Heat oil fry onions beef qeema for 2 mins then add Adrak Lassan and Bhuno then add all masala along with 1/2 cup water so it won’t get burned
Always add Dahi when meat is half done otherwise it takes time to cook chicken or beef cause tomatoes and Dahi makes chicken or Beef very chewy and hard
My experience!
Then add Dahi, crushed tomato and cook for 15 mins till meat gets tender
Boil dal and mix in Qeema korma
Boil rice add 2 to 3 tsp salt or ur taste and few green elaichi , green chillies and boil rice drain when 3/4 get done
Layer with masala and put bhagar on top add kewra for khushbooo:)
# Margarine has salt so be careful when doing bhagar it gives nice toasty & savoury taste
Enjoy
Tip :
1...Start boiling water for rice and on the second stove I started making yakhni by the time Water and rice boiled and done my yakhni was ready
Plus I used a pressure cooker to save my time
2...I boiled dal separate cause masala makes dal hard and takes more time to cook
3...U don’t have to use pressure cooker Qeema gets cooked fast
4 .. Dal is at sweeter side so spicy taste better
