Ingredients
Boneless Chicken (Cubes) 1/2kgs
Onions (Sliced) 1 medium sized
Tomatoes (Chopped) 4 medium sized
Ginger garlic paste 1 1/2tbsp
Green Chillies 5
Yoghurt 1/2 cup
Cream 6-8 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Coconut powder 1tbsp
All-purpose flour(maida) 1tbsp
Salt to taste
Red Chilli Powder 1tsp
Red Chilli Flakes 1tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Crushed black pepper 1/2
Turmeric Powder 1/4tsp
Allspice powder(Garam Masala) 1/2tsp
Fenugreek leaves( Kasuri methi) 1/2tsp
Cooking oil 6-7tbsp
Green Coriander leaves for garnish

Method
Put oil in a pan, add sliced onions and fry till golden. Add tomatoes and bhunofy it.
Add Salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder salute the spices for 2/3 minutes.
In a blender, add (onions and tomatoes) mixture with green chillies.
In the same oil, add ginger garlic paste and sauté it.
Add chicken cubes and cook till the chicken changes its colour then add salt, cumin powder, red chilli flakes. Sauté the spices for half a minute.

Add some water to the blended mixture (onions, tomatoes and green chillies) to the chicken now add yoghurt, coconut powder, fenugreek leaves and let it cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes with closed lid.
Now sprinkle the all purpose flour
Then add butter, crushed black pepper, all spice powder and cream.
Cook for a minute.
Garnish with coriander leaves and cream.
