Ingredients
1kg beef mince without any fat washed and drained completely
1 big onion grind and then squeeze all water
1 tbsp each of ginger garlic and green chilli paste
1 1/2 tsp salt
1tbsp zeera powder
1tsp chilli powder
1tbsp khaskhas/poppy seeds soaked cleaned n make paste
2tbsp chana flour roasted
1tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp meat tenderiser
1/4 cup thick yoghurt
1 big tomato
2tbsp coconut powder/desiccated coconut

Method
Mix all the ingredients with mince in a chopper for a minute.
Divide in equal 16-18 balls n roll each ball between your palms to get smooth without any ridges ball.
Repeat with all.
Keep aside

Gravy Ingredients
3big onion sliced fried and finely crushed
1/2kg thick yogurt
2tomatoes blended
1tsp red chilli powder
1tsp green chilli paste
1tbsp khaskhas/ poppy seeds washed cleaned and make paste
1tbsp each of ginger garlic paste
1tbsp zeera powder
1tbsp dhania powder
1tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp salt
2tbsp chopped coriander
1/2tsp turmeric powder
1tbsp coconut powder/desiccated coconut
1cup oil
2cup water

Gravy Method 
Take pot Heat oil add add yogurt and tomato paste and ginger garlic, red chilli powder, green chilli paste, khaskhas paste, ginger garlic paste, zeera powder, dhania powder, garam masala powder, salt, crushed onions,chopped coriander, turmeric powder,coconut powder braise well till masala became danedar and oil floats.add water and bring to boil place all the koftas in it and cover open after 10 mins and stir gently cook for another 10 minuets
Dish out and garnish with fresh coriander leaves
Serve n Enjoy

Tip 
If you don’t have khaskhas replace 5 blanched almond for 1 tbsp khaskhas.
