For Rice Half kg of rice 🍚 ( I use sela rice)
Oil 4 tablespoons
Red chilli powder 1tablespoonn
Green chilli 3
Karri leaves 🍃 5
Haldi half tea spoon
Salt according to your taste
First Boil rice
In a pan add oil all spices and add rice 🍚 mix well
For gravy
Boanless chicken 300 g
Onion chop 3
Tomatoes 🍅 3
Ginger garlic paste 1 table spoon
Red chilli powder 1 table spoon
Haldi half tea spoon
Dhanya powder 1 table spoon
Salt 1 tablespoons
Coriander leaves 🍃 2 table spoon
Oil 6 tablespoons
In pan add oil and onion slices when onion becomes golden add ginger garlic paste all spices tomatoes 🍅 and chicken bhonfy cook until onion and tomatoes 🍅 make a smooth gravy
For potatoes 🥔
Cut and boil potatoes
In pan add 1 tablespoons oil add boil potatoes 🥔 add salt red chilli flakes and chat masala
For tomato 🍅 sauce
5 to 8 tomatoes 🍅 boil with garlic red chilli powder and chicken cubes when tomatoes 🍅 becomes soft and water dry flame 🔥 off
Blend with lemon 🍋 juice and coriander

Boil spegetti half cup
Assembling
In dish first layer rice 🍚 then chicken gravy potatoes 🥔 boil spegetti boil egg tomato 🍅 sauce mint leaves 🍃 spring onion slims and chat masala
