Beef Tenderloin Steak

Ingredients
Beefsteak 8 pieces
Marination:
1 tsp salt
1 tsp crushed black pepper
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp mustard paste
1 tsp paprika powder
3 tbsp lemon
Garlic cloves 4,5
Onion cubes 1 big
Marinate overnight or
If urgent 2 hrs marination is possible too.

Method
Take half cup butter in pan. heat it. add garlic cloves, fry.
Add steak to the pan, fry on.high heat from both sides to give colour, for two minutes.
Then on low heat cover the pan and fry on both sides for 7-8 minutes. press with a flat spatula so that accessive blood drains...completely.
While frying steaks add onions.
Sprinkle some Worcestershire sauce on steak fry 30 sec flip. and take out.
Serve in a plate with onions,
Place baked potatoes topped with butter and cheese.
Blanch broccoli and potatoes, carrots, and bean, in boiling water, drain.
Saute veggies in butter in the pan, sprinkle salt and pepper.
Serve.
