Khalifa style Nan Khatai

Maida = 1 cup
Sugar(pisi hwi) = 1/2 cup
Ghee ( i used asli ghee) = 1/2 cup
eIlachi = 2 to 3 crushed
Baking powder = 1/2 t.sp
Roasted almonds as req
Salt = a pinch
Nido + water mixture for brushing purpose
Sieve all the dry ingredients n make a dough with ghee
Rest the dough for at least 15 to 20 min in fridge
Now make a desired shape of nan khatai n put roasted almond inside it
Brush with Nido plus water ( make sure the mixture is not very thick)
Now bake at 180 degrees for 20 min
