Ingredients
Flour 1 cup
Sugar 3/4cup+1tbsp
Egg 1
Butter 2/3 cup
Baking Powder 1/4tsp
Cocoa powder 3 tbsp
Icing
Icing sugar 50 grams
Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
Water 1 tbsp
Method
Preheat oven at 180C.
Beat softened butter and sugar together.
Add Egg and beat again.
Fold in sieved flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
Keep mixing to form a soft dough.
Line baking tray with parchment paper.
Put the mixture in a piping bag, use star nozzle and pipe the mixture on the tray.
Press the center of the biscuit, now bake these in the preheated oven for 13-15 minutes.
Once they’re done, transfer them to the cooling rack.
For icing
Cook icing sugar, water, and cocoa powder in a pan for 2 minutes. Once it’s at room temperature, it is ready to use. With a help of a spoon, drizzle the icing on top of Biscuits.
