Ingredients
Mutton - 1 kg (soft part 10-12 piece)
Yoghurt - 1 cup
Sirka - 2 tablespoons
LAL Mirch - 2 tablespoons
Pisa hoa Garam masala - 1 tablespoon
Haldi - 1 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Phisi hoi Kali Mirch 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Egg - 2
Oil for frying

Method
Marinate everything with the mutton for 5 - 6 hours. Then cook it. Frying Process:
Take every piece of meat and coat it in egg and then fry it.

*Serve with French fries and sprinkle hara dhanya*
