- A mixture of bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt, lemon pepper seasoning(you can omit this if you can't find it), mixed dried herbs(rosemary, thyme, parsley, oregano)
-Apply mustard on fish fillet and sprinkle breadcrumb mixture
Lemon butter sauce
-fry small onion
-add water (little to soften the onion and cook until onions are transparent)
-add butter(about 3 tsp)
-then add lemon(about 2 tbsp)
-add mustard (about 1tbp)
-sugar( about 1tsp)
-salt
-pepper
-lemon pepper seasoning
-dried herbs
-cream or milk
-add mayo/sour cream only if you are using milk.if you are using cream then you don’t need to use mayo/sour cream
-Cook until thick and glossy
Mashed potatoes
-3 potatoes(water just enough to cover potatoes)
-boil with salt, garlic
-let the water evaporate completely and then add chives, butter(2tbp), cream cheese(1tbp)
-add milk to adjust the consistency of the mashed potatoes(it should be silky smooth)
Asparagus
-boil asparagus with salt
-boil for about 5-6mins or until a little tender(they should still have a bite to it)
-sauté in butter with salt and pepper
-bake the fish in a preheated oven until cooked.. once fish is cooked turn on the broiler and bake the crust until bread crumbs are golden brown.. the crust is baked while on the fish and not separately.. it should take around 20mins to bake the fish completely with a golden brown crust.
Over temps vary. I baked mine on 350F
