Mutton / Lamb Chops

Ingredients
Chops 1/2kg with some fats (charbi) on it.
GG paste: 2 tbsp each
Black pepper: 1 full tsp
Red chilli: 1/2 tsp
Garam masala: just a pinch
Method
Wash the chops and put in a wok. Add water as required (if using pressure cooker use less water). Add gg paste and all masala.
Let it cook till the meat tenders. Now bhunoofy it. I like a little gravy as in the picture. But if you want full bhuni hui it's your choice. Your delicious chops are ready to serve.
