Ingredients
Mutton 250 g
Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Zeera 1 teaspoon
Ilaichi 2
Long cloves 4
Black pepper 12
Bay leaf ( tez patta) 2
Black cardamom 2
Cinnamon stick 1
Karri leaves 6 to 8
Haldi half teaspoon
Red chilli powder half tablespoon
Chicken cube 1
Onion slices 1
Dhanya powder 1 tablespoon
Black pepper 🌶 half teaspoon
Oil 6 tablespoons
For tomato 🍅 sauce
Tomato 🍅 paste half cup
Coriander leaves 🍃 2 tablespoon
Garlic cloves 2
Black pepper a pinch
Salt half teaspoon
Lemon 🍋 juice 6 tablespoons ( adjust according to your taste)
Blend and serve with rice
French fries 🍟 for garnish
For rice
Sela rice 🍚 1 cup (wash and soak at least 3 hours) then boil with salt
In pan add 2 liter water add salt haldi gg paste Karri leaves and all garam masala and cook until meat tender and soft strain yakhni
Yakhni serve with rice
In pa an add 2 tablespoons oil and boil mutton and stir fry to add half teaspoon black pepper and stir-fry until meat becomes red
Another pan add 4 tablespoons oil and slice onion when onion becomes red add 2 tablespoons water red chilli powder dhanya powder chicken cube and cook until chicken cube dissolve add boil rice and mix them
In dish first, add rice 🍚 layer then add stir fry mutton garnish with green chilli spring onion fries 🍟 and red tomato 🍅 sauce
