Ingredients
Keema 1 kg
Brown pyaz 2-3 tb sp
Salt 1 table sp
Red chillie powder 1 tb sp
Crushed chillie 1 t sp
Haldi 1 tb sp
Dahi 4 tb sp
Baisan 2 tb sp
G.g paste 1 tb sp
Raw papaya paste 1 tb sp
Chat masala 1 tb sp
Garam masala bhon ker pees lein
( black pepper 1 tb spoon, Zeera 1 tb sp, Cinomon stick 2, Bari elaichi 1, Badyan ka phool 1)
Method
Keemay mei sub masalay ko bhon ker grind ker k aur dahi g.g paste papita aur brown pyaz ko bhi pees ker marinate ker lein 1-2 hr k liy phr butter aur oil 4 tb spoon le kr us mei paka lein jub oil chorde tu ap us mei koylay ka dum dedein
Mazedar dum ka keema tayyar hai bilkul waheed k kabab jaisa.
