Gajar ka Achaar

Cut 2 carrots into julienne add salt about 1tsp mix Nd keep It aside for about 5-10 mins.
• after removing excess water & then add the remaining spices
My measurements for 2 carrots
Coriander powder 1-1/2 tbsp
Tumeric a pinch or two
Red chilli powder 1tbsp
Lemon juice 1tbsp
Oil about 6-8tbsp
• garnish with coriander leaves ( hara dhania)
Then mix well.
Enjoy!
You can adjust all these spices according to your taste.
*Pickle can be refrigerated for about two weeks
Serve with yoghurt & butter
