Irani Chelo (chullu) kabab
Mutton /Beef Mince 1/2 kg grinded
Onion 2 grated(remove excess water)
Ginger garlic paste 1 Tbsp
Paprika powder 1 Tbsp
Black pepper 1 1/2 Tbsp
Red chili powder 1 Tsp
Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
Half Lemon juice
Salt as required
Saffron soak in hot water
Crumbs 1/2 tbsp
Onion slices
Tomato cut into half
Method
Butter Rice
Put butter in a pan add boiled rice & pinch of zafrani colour
Mix all the spices in mince & soak saffron too make along kabab & fry it.
Onion & Tomato caramelized on pan or tawa till dark brown colour
Served butter rice in the dish then put kabab, onion & tomatoes in it..
