Lasagna

Ingredients:
Lasagna sheets 1 packet
Chicken mince 1/2 kilo
Salt to taste
Paprika powder 1 teaspoon
Red chilli flakes 1 tablespoon
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
Dry basil leaves a pinch
Parsley chopped 2 tablespoons
Tomato Puree one bowl
Onions 1 medium sized chopped
One garlic minced
One carrot and capsicum chopped
Cooking oil half cup
Parmesan cheese 1 cup
Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
White sauce:
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Black pepper a pinch
Salt to taste
1 cup milk
Cheddar cheese grated half cup
Method of White sauce:
Melt butter, then add flour and milk, whisk it for about two minutes then add salt and pepper. In the end add cheese and mix well until it gets thick.
Method of chicken red sauce:
In a pan, add oil and fry onions for about two minutes and add tomato purée and chicken mince. Add paprika powder, red chilli flakes, black pepper, salt, Also add the carrots and capsicum.
Lasagna sheets:
Boil lasagna sheets. Drain the excess water and pour a little bit more oil on them so that they don't stick together.
Layering:
Grease the baking tray with oil or butter and start layering now, the first layer(at the bottom) : lasagna sheets, in a way that it covers the base of the tray.
Second layer: red sauce and chicken.
Third layer: Lasagna sheets again.
Fourth layer: Pour the white sauce and sprinkle some black pepper, dry basil leaves and parsley on it. Then put another layer of lasagna sheets over it and repeat with red sauce.
On the top, add both the cheese I mentioned.
Place the baking tray in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius / 360 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20 mins.
Garnish with red chilli flakes and some freshly chopped coriander
