Crepes

Ingredients for Crepes
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
50 g butter melted
Crepes preparation method
Mix the above ingredients until smooth. (Add 1/2 cup of the milk first then add the rest slowly). Heat a flat pan on high (preferably non-stick so you don‘t have to add oil) Use a ladle to pour the batter and quickly spread it around. Wait until bubbles/holes appear then flip it. Serve it with Nutella, jams, or cream cheese!
