Chicken Green Curry

Ingredients for Chicken Green Curry 
Chicken 1kg
Yogurt cup(measuring one)
1/2 of cup onion paste
1/2 cup methi leaves(yes this is a key ingredient of my recipe)but remembers, only leaves not buds or thick stems should b included as these parts could make the bitter taste
1/2 cup coriander leaves
5-7 green chilies to taste
1 tsp each Ginger n garlic chopped (not paste)
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp gram masala
Salt to taste

Chicken Green Curry preparation method
First, you need to make a green paste, wash methi leaves gently n coriander leaves n put in the blender along with green chilies to make a paste, keep aside. Now in a wok heat oil of your choice n to taste put chicken n saute with gg until it changes color now add onion paste n keep bhonnofy on high flame. When you see that oil is on surface n fine granule in your masala than add green paste n yogurt, salt and pepper let it cook on medium flame n allow all ingredients to incorporate. It may take 10 minutes. When the curry finely cooked n leaves the oil to add garam masala powder n cover with lid. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes garnish with fresh cream and whole green chili. Serve with garlic naan or chapati. I do with homemade garlic naan
