Ingredients for Kali Mirch Mutton 
Mutton, beef, Lamb 2 pounds cubes
Adrak Lassan 2 tbsp
Salt 1tsp
Haldi 1/2 Tsp
Red chilies 1/2 Tsp
Black pepper crushed 1 1/2 Tsp
Tomatoes 2 crushed
Dahi 1 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Vinegar 2 tsp ( no lemon )
Water 1 cup
Green chilies on Dum 3
Cilantro 1/2 cup
Paprika 1/2 Tsp
Potatoes cut and deep fried 3
(No boil just peel, cut and fry )

Kali Mirch Mutton preparation method
Heat oil in pan or pressure cooker, add Adrak Lassan, meat and all the spices with little water so spices won't burn and bhuno for 5 mins , then add Dahi , tomatoes and bhuno till 5 more mins , then add 1 cup of water and close the pressure cooker and give pressure for 10 mins on medium flame when pressure is down open lid bhuno meat , check if it's too much water the dry water lastly add cilantro green chilies and fried potatoes

Tips 
1...I am a pressure cooker lady I am a pro using cause I don't like standing in the kitchen and do the Jhatpat cooking, there is more life than standing all day in kitchen..extra time I like to spend with family, friends, and spa to appreciate myself and stay young and beautiful 😘😘
if u don't want then add total 2 to 3 cups of water in ur pateli cover and cook till meat gets tender

2... adjust salt and spices, in the end, less is always more but this kali Mirchi gosht is yum when spicy if u think u need spicier don't add black pepper too much add extra green chilies since ur Salan gets dark and won't be presentable on the table
3..I buy pressure cooker with safety locks so it doesn't burst
