French Strawberry Tart And White Chocolate - Strawberry Tart Recipe


The mouth-watering tart is a French dessert and is a baked crust base made up of biscuit or pastry dough. The base is usually shortcrust pastry, and the filling may vary as per requirements, it may be sweet or savour and nowadays-modern tarts are fruit-based or may also be tart pops too 


Strawberry Tart Recipe Ingredients

Digestive Biscuit 1 big pack 400 gm
Sugar 1/4 cup
Butter melted 1/2 cup

For Filling:
White Chocolate 350gm
Heavy Cream 350gm
Butter melted 1/4 cup
Strawberry sliced for garnishing


Strawberry filling ingredients:
Strawberries blended 250 gm 
Whip cream 1 cup 
White chocolate melted 1 cup
Strawberries blended 1/4 cup




Strawberry Tart Recipe Preparation Method
  • Strawberry tart crust method preparation
  • chop digestive biscuit along with sugar and butter.
  • In a tart pan add the mixture and press gently to make the surface even and refrigerate for 1 hour
  • Chocolate Filling: In a bowl, add heavy cream, white chocolate, and butter, then microwave for 30 sec on medium-high heat, and mix it well.
  • For the strawberry filling: add strawberries, blend and sieve and get clear puree to keep aside.
  • now the melted chocolate bowl and add the strawberries mixture, whip cream, and fold with a spatula, and the filling is ready
  • For Strawberry Tart filling: Take the prepared part pan and add the chocolate layer and spread evenly the chocolate filling and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Decorate with melted white chocolate and sliced strawberries. 
  • And refrigerate for half an hour.
  • The French Strawberry Tart and white Chocolate is ready
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Refrigeration time: 3.5 hours
