Mutton Nihari

Ingredients
Mutton 1/2kg
Shan nihari masala 2 tablespoon
Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon
Flour 2 tablespoons (according to desired consistency)
Oil half cup
Yoghurt 4 tablespoon
Green coriander, green chillies, ginger and lemon juice for garnishing
Method
Take half cup oil and fry mutton in ginger garlic paste until it changes colour, add nihari masala and bhonify so well that oil separates
Then add 4 cups water and let it cook on low flame as I don't use a pressure cooker so it took 3 hours until meat tenders or fully done
Once meat tenderizes add whisked yoghurt (as I used it the first time and it really tastes amazing ) add flour( dissolves in water to make smooth paste lacking any lump)
And add gradually with constant stirring
Just simmer it on low flame until oil separates and add coriander ginger green chillies for garnishing
