Marination
marinate drumsticks with garlic paste, vinegar, soya sauce, HP sauce, salt, red chilli powder, pepper for 2 hours then put 2 glasses of water and boil it.
For Frying
crack eggs put chicken powder and pepper according to your taste and beat well Now firstly dip drumsticks in the egg then in breadcrumbs repeat the procedure once more and fry till crispy brown. Serve it with chilli garlic sauce and HP sauce.
