Paneer Masala

Ingredients
1 packet of Paneer (400grm)
1 big onion finely chopped
3 medium tomatoes chopped
3 tsp ginger garlic chopped
2to 3 green chillies chopped
1 tsp cumin
2 big pinch Kasuri methi
salt to taste
1tbsp chilli flakes
2 pinch of turmeric
1tbsp of roasted cumin and coriander seeds
oil as per requirement...
Method
In a frying pan pour a little bit of oil and fry paneer( plz fry of a min or two )
In another pan again pour in some oil then add cumin, ginger garlic ,green chillies and fry for a min then add in finely chopped onion and saute...add tomatoes and all the other spices cook till oil is separated pour half a cup of water and allow to simmer mix paneer in the gravy and cook for 5 mins...garnish with ginger and Kasuri methi crushed...enjoy with Ghar ki roti or crispy naan
