Pasta Alfredo

Ingredients:
Pasta 1 packet boiled
For sauce:
All-purpose flour 2 tablespoon
Butter (I use lurpak) 2 tablespoon
Cream cheese (I use puck) 2-4 tablespoon depends on your flavor
Milk 1/2 liter
Oregano 2 pinches
Parsley 2 pinches
Chicken cube 1
White pepper a pinch
Black pepper 2 or 3 pinches
Salt to taste

For chicken:
Boneless chicken 1 cup
Salt and pepper to taste
Ginger garlic paste
Olive oil
Coal
Cook chicken in a separate pan. Add chicken in warm oil with ginger garlic paste, salt, and pepper. Cook it until tender and dry all the water.
For smoke flavor give koyla dhuan to the chicken for just 30 seconds will be enough.

Now for the sauce:
Add butter in a pan on medium heat and on melting add flour keep stirring until the flour turns a bit golden. Now start adding milk and keep stirring (I use a hand beater) be quick in mixing. Keep adding milk until you get the right consistency which is not too thick. Now add cheese oregano parsley white pepper black pepper chicken cube and mix it all well by keep stirring. If you find the consistency too thick you can always add more milk to it. You might need just a pinch of salt added to this mix. Bring it to boil for 2 or 3 minutes and tadaaa it's ready to serve.

Place pasta in plate top it with sauce and chicken and enjoy with your kids.

Adults can add crushed red chilies mushrooms and olives as well to make it more delicious according to their taste.
