Ingredients
500 grams beef mince
1 tbsp coriander seeds crushed
1 medium onion finely chopped
2 green chilies finely chopped
1 tsp red chili flakes
1/2 cup coriander leaves chopped
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp corn flour
1 big bread slice soak in 3 tbsp of milk and mashed
1tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp allspice powder
1 tsp salt
Oil for frying

Ingredients for Curry
4 big tomatoes peel off skin and chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 green chilies chopped
1 tsp red chili flakes
1tsp ginger garlic paste
1tsp salt
1/2 cup oil

Method
Mix all above ingredients and keep for 1/2 hour. Make long kebab, fry till golden and give dum of coal. Keep aside.

Method for Curry
Heat oil in a karahi add onion and fry till transparent. Add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and red chilli flakes cook until tomatoes are soft, add all spice powder and mix well. Add fried kabab put on dum. Garnish with lemon and green chillies. Enjoy!
