Take Long Bhindi and Wash them first,when the water is dried , cut bhindi from top and bottom in stripes shape, Now Add Besan 2 tbsp , Cornflour 2 tbsp, Salt, Red chilli powder, Garlic crushed, Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp, Garam Masala 1/4 tsp, Khataii according to your taste, if khatai is not available you can add Lemon Juice, Mix all the above spices in Bhindi and fry bhindi in small quantities not all at once, Takeout when its Crispy . Serve it With Garam Roti or dal chawal
