Ingredients:
Oil
Qeema
Aloo
Rice
Peas
Water as per your requirement
2 Onions
4 tomatoes
Salt as per your taste
Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Ginger and garlic paste 1 small spoon each
Tikka powder (just sprinkle a little bit. I used Shan's)
1 packet of Shan Bombay biryani masala
Zarday ka rang
Green chillies
Dhaniya
Podina
Yoghurt 3 tablespoons full

Method:
In a daigchi add oil and qeema and also add the ginger and garlic paste. Start cooking the qeema. Separately in a pan fry the onions till they're golden brown and then blend it in order to make onion paste. Then also blend all the tomatoes in a blender and form a paste. Add the onion and tomato paste in the qeema and cook. Add all the spices mentioned above and keep cooking. Add the yoghurt. Now add the peas and after 5 to 6 minutes add the aloo (I chopped the aloo into small pieces) then add the potatoes into the daigchi. Let it cook till the masala for the biryani is completely done. In a separate daigchi boil the rice. Then in the daigchi layer the rice then layer the masala and repeat the steps. Then top it with the final layer of rice and sprinkle the zarday ka rang and green chillies and dhania and podina on top of the rice. Put your biryani on dum. After a while, your qeema biryani is ready to serve.
