Whole Wheat Spaghetti

Ingredients
Olive oil 1/2 tbsp
Garlic 1tbsp
Black pepper 1tsp
White pepper 1/2 tsp
Yakhni 1/4 cups
Salt to taste
Capsicum 1/2 cup
Cabbage 1 cup
Onion 1 medium chopped
Tomato 1 medium (optional)
Soya sauce 2tbsp
Whole Wheat Spaghetti 1 n 1 /2 cup(boiled)
Tomato ketchup 1tbsp
Vinger 2 tbsp

Procedure
In a wok add oil, garlic and stir fry it. Add onion and saute it then add tomato and all spices and veggies and stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes. Add yakhni and salt. In the last add spaghettis, soya sauce, vinegar and mix well. Sprinkle black pepper and dish out. Serve with baked tandoori chicken.

Baked tandoori chicken
Ingredients
Chicken 250 gm
Olive oil 1/2 tbsp
Tandoori masala 2 tbsp
Garlic Cloves
Salt to taste
Rosemary dried 1 tbsp

Procedure
In a bowl add chicken, olive oil, garlic cloves chopped, tandoori masala and mix it well and set aside.
In a baking tray spread marinated chicken and sprinkle dried rosemary over it. Bake for 40 mins at 180C.
