Nauratan Reshmi kabab masala

Ingredients
Chicken Qeema 1 kg
Adrak lassan 2 tbsp
Haldi 1/2 Tsp
Salt 1 1/2 Tsp
Dahi 2 tbsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Green chillies ground 2 tbsp
Cream cheese 2 tbsp
Lemon salt (citric acid) 1/2 tsp
Fresh mint chopped 3 tbsp
Cilantro 4 tbsp (Hara Dhania )
Breadcrumbs plain 1/2 cup
Cornmeal 1/2 cup ( makai ka atta )
Zeera powder 2 Tsp
Dhania kuta 2 Tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Oil for frying

Vegetables bhagar
Oil 2 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Salt 1/4 Tsp
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Zeera Kuta 1/2 Tsp
Green bell pepper 1 cubed
Red bell pepper 1 cubed
Onion 1 cubed
Tomatoes crushed 3
Chat masala 1/2 tsp
Cream 3 tbsp
Cilantro 2 tbsp

Mix all the spices in chicken and make long kababs and fry and put in a tray like I did
Make vegetable bhagar and cook for 5 mins if it gets thick add 1/4 cup of water and pour on top of kababs and cover with foil so all the aroma stays in a side and enjoy.
