Fish Finger

Fish Finger Ingredients
1/2 kg boneless fish
1 cup Maida
1 egg
Salt as per taste
1 tbsp B.pepper
2 lemons juice
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce(optional)
Mix all the above ingredients and marinate the fish in it for approx. 3hrs. Coat the finger fish with bread crumbs and deep fry it.

Tartar Sauce recipe
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 tbsp finely chopped carrot
1 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
2-3 tsp Gherkins ( cucumber in vinegar)
Salt
1- 2 tsp Black pepper ( adjust it with your taste buds)
Pinch of mustard powder.
1-2 Lemons
1/4 tsp of finely chopped Parsley/ Hara dhania
Mix it well and your sauce is ready.
Adjust sourness according to your taste

Chilli Mayo Sauce recipe
It is my own creation
3 tbsp Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Chilli Garlic Sauce
Salt
1tsp Black pepper or adjust it according to your taste.
1/4 tsp Hot sauce( optional)
1 or 2 tbsp water
Mix all the above ingredients. Now your sauce is ready.
