Angaara Chicken Ingredients
Chicpieceskg (8 pieces)
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Hung curd 1/4 cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
Whole spices powder 1 teaspoon
Green chilli paste 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Cashew 3 tbsp (15-17)
Orange food colour ( as required)
Oil
Coal 1 piece
Angaara Chicken preparation method
Put the chicken pieces into stainer and let it dry completely.
Mark cut
Add ginger-garlic paste hung curd lemon juice red chilli powder whole spices powder green chilli paste black pepper orange food colour salt and 2 tbsp oil and mix it well
In a blender add cashew and little milk bland till a smooth paste
Add the cashews paste into the paste mix it together nicely
Put the chicken into a deep bowl and add spices paste into the chicken and marinate well for 5-6 hours
Heat pan add chicken and let it cover for 15 min on medium flame
After that let the flame hight and let it dry
Heat oil in another pan
Pic up the pieces and shallow fry for 2 min until its colours turn into golden
Angara chicken is ready
Smoke with coal into the plater
Garnish with lemons
Serve with roghni nan and Raita or green chatni
