Balochi style Machli Ingredients
Fish whole 2.5 kg (Red Snapper)
Salt as per taste
Red chili powder 2 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Bhunna kutta zeera 2 tbsp
Garlic chopped 2 tbsp
GG paste 1 tbsp
Imli pulp 1 cup
Karri patta few chopped
Chat masala 1 tbsp
Bhunna kutta dhanya 1 tsp
Mustard oil for frying
Corn flour 3 to 4 tbsp
Packet wala fish Masala 1tbsp (optional) I used national ka fish masala.
Method.
Sab se pehlay machli ko sirka or haldi lga ker kuch dair chor dain is se machli ki smell nikal jygi ab achi terhan fish ko was kerlain now prepare marrination blender mai imli ka pulp, salt,zeera, kutta dhanya,zeera,kutti mirch kari pattay or lal mirch, fish masala, garlic or gg paste sab dal ker achi terhan blend kerlain ye masala achi terhan machli k dono sides per lga ker 1 ghanta marrinate kerain.
Ab ek deep karahi mai mustard oil garam kerain fish ki dono sides per achi terahn corn flour lga ker crispy fry kerlain.
Fries or chutney, salad k sath serve kerain.
