Deep fried Kurkuri Hari Mirch Ingredient
Hari Mirch medium-large size as required
Oil for deep frying
Salt to sprinkle to taste
Chat Masala to sprinkle to taste(optional)
Deep fried Kurkuri Hari Mirch preparation method
Wash and pat dry green chilies and slit from the center, heat oil in a pan or karahi and deep until it changes color (white green)fry for more 3 to 4 minutes over a medium high flame then strain it well and tale out over kitchen towel n sprinkle salt.
PS : I like thora ziada fried so the dark color wali was mine
