Fondant Cupcakes Ingredients
Brown sugar 200 gm
Eggs 3 pcs
salt a pinch
vanilla essence 1 tsp
yogurt 125 gm
milk 75 gm
oil 100 gm
dark chocolate 50 gm
flour 125 gm
cocoa powder 75 gm
baking powder 5 gm
baking soda 5 gm
hot water 75 gm
Fondant Cupcakes preparation method
beat brown sugar and eggs until fluffy , add in salt and vanilla ess mean while,
add in yogurt, milk, melted dark chocolate, and oil one by one beat slowly,
add in all sifted dry ing ( flour,baking powder,cocoa powder, and baking soda)
mix until well combined,
pour in hot boiling water in last.
pour batter into cup cake liners and bake it for 20 to 25 mins at 180 degree celcius.
for decoration, i used Vizion ready made fondant
