Balochi Fries
Potatoes fries 1kg ( fried )
Green chillies 2-5 ( moti wali whole) fried
Ginger garlic Finley chopped 2tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper crushed 1tsp
Lemon juice 2tbsp
Coriander leaves 2tbsp
Karahi Masala Ingredients
Crushed roasted coriander 1tbsp
Roasted Crushed red chilli flakes 1tsp
Crushed roasted cumin 1tbsp
Dry fenugreek leaves ( qasoori methi) 1tsp
Chat masala 1tbsp
Khatai powder 1tsp ( raw mango powder)
Black salt 1/2tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2tsp
Mix all together and keep aside.
Balochi Fries preparation method
In a wok heat 2 tbsp oil fry ginger and garlic and then add chillies Add potato fries, the masala as much required, salt and black pepper. Toss them on high flame, sprinkle lemon juice and coriander leaves.
